A byobu is a folding Japanese screen. Shoot for an educational DVD, planned by Ron Toby at the University of Illinois. There are two large screens depictions of Edo (the former name of Tokyo): one commissioned for giving to the Shogun (Governer) shows the capital as the samurai class envisions it; the other commissioned by a merchant as he wanted to see it. Quite different. Tom Hopkins shot autumn foliage in Ueno Park (featured in part of the byobu); Michael Goldberg shot the same scenes during Sakura (cherry blossom) season. A visual treat.
